I’ve been thinking a lot about this GT3, and the GT2RS I drove the other day. It’s interesting how the experiences shocked me. It’s like having someone huge shake you by the ankles and all your opinions fall out of your pockets. You forget a bit who you are. It’s all shaded by noise, savagery, power, and that perfect turn in. The stark contrast of something like my ‘72 compared to these cars is unfair, but how do I not weigh the observation objectively? The vast difference between the two cars and mine is enough to shake my foundation. I think given some time to reflect, pick the opinions up off the floor, and remember what I love, the choice will obvious. I’ll stick with the ‘72. I’ll talk about all the reasons for this on the @overcrestpodcast this Coming week. I saw the first yellow leaves here in Minnesota today. Just a not so subtle reminder that #winteriscoming... this pic was from a camping weekend. Temps were very low overnight. Upper 20’s.
